Regional Sales Manager SE Asia Water

This is a fantastic opportunity to join one of the world's leading organizations, involved in the treatment of water and wastewater, and desalination, in the important position of Regional Sales Manager for SE Asia.

The primary function of the role is to achieve orders, sales and margin predictions for the business in SE Asia, particularly Indonesia, Philippines and Vietnam. You will be selling to Water Authorities, Privatised Water Utilities, Landfill Leachate operators, Industrial Parks and Water OEM firms up to CEO/Board level. Sales will range in value for each sale, from US$ 200K to US$ 15 million per annum.

You will require an engineering qualification of any discipline, combined with a minimum of 7 years sales experience in complex B2B markets, and a minimum of 5 years international business development experience. A passion for and some exposure to the water industry is required with preferably some understanding of the emerging water market in SE Asia.

You must have a proven ability to identify, open and close opportunities which also includes establishing and successfully implementing a business plan, and also showing an ability to influence specifications towards your employers solution.

It is imperative that you have the ability to create, develop and maintain new and existing relationships, internally and externally.

On a personal level you will be self motivated, and team orientated with strong integrity, and personal planning and organizational skills.
