Based in Western Australia, this is a fantastic opportunity to join a Major Engineering and Construction Group in the important position of Project Director Marine.

The primary function of the role is to be involved in the procurement, tendering, and managing of Marine Construction projects in Western Australia. On projects up to $A 500 million in value you will oversee the projects. On projects over this value you will most likely be site based. This could be anywhere in Western Australia.

Preferably you will be degree qualified with involvement in a minimum 3 marine projects including at least one major project. Some international experience would be highly regarded. You must be at a minimum Project Director, Project Manager or Construction Manager level currently.

Technically, proven marine construction skills are required, combined with excellent project management skills in respect of safety, leadership, cost reporting and importantly, an ability to provide innovative construction solutions at the tender stage.

On a personal level, you must be a leader, resilient, able to liaise closely with clients and be able to manage and grow the team.

Interviews will be held in London, Dubai, Singapore and possibly other locations if suitable.
