Based in Western Australia, this is a fantastic opportunity to join one of Australia's leading Engineering and Construction organizations in the important position of General Superintendent-Civil.

The primary function of the role is to manage the execution of the project, which will include over $500 million of civil works. This role will have 4 superintendents reporting directly to it and up to 80 Site Supervisory roles underneath the superintendents.

Essentially you will have a minimum of 10 years experience as a Superintendent managing large groups of people on major civil projects. Previous remote location experience is required to understand the difficulties of this type of work.

Safety will be your number one priority combined with proven leadership skills, good knowledge of Industrial Relations, a proven ability in planning the works, and importantly you will be skilled in communicating your needs to the workers.
