Design Engineer

Based in Gosford, this is a fantastic opportunity to join a Global Leader in engineering including water/wastewater treatment in the important position of Design Engineer.

The primary function of the role is to: be responsible for project technical submittals including design drawings, calculations, equipment specifications, and other project specifications.

A Mechanical degree is preferred but Chemical and Electrical qualifications are also suitable, combined with a minimum 3 years work experience. Exposure to the water/wastewater industry would be preferred but is not essential.

You must have proven knowledge of valves, pumps and instrumentation and how systems are designed and fabricated. Good communication skills are important as you liaise between internal and external parties.

On a personal level you will be motivated, organized and flexible to adapt to the needs of this role.
