BMP Consulting is a specialist recruiter in engineering, infrastructure, and R & D for contractors, consultants, and O & M companies with specialisations in water/wwt, civil, marine, power, road, telecommunications and environmental/scientific projects etc covering civil, mechanical, process/chemical, electrical and scientific disciplines.
We have recruited throughout Australia, New Zealand, The Pacific, Asia and more recently the UK, Europe, South Africa and the Middle East. This has been both bringing people to Australia and taking people overseas.
Our range of contacts and size of database is strong and a valuable asset in any assignment commenced.
We have recruited for some major International companies including Mowlem (now Laing O'Rourke), Balfour Beatty, Fulton Hogan, Veolia, Degremont, CH2M Hill, KBR, Pall Corporation and Black & Veatch. In addition, we have worked with Australian organisations, including SKM, URS and JWP (Now part of Worley) who are consultants and Leighton, John Holland Group, UnitedGI, Abigroup, Macmahon and Baulderstone who are all large contractors in Australia.
We have successfully placed the full range of positions for contractors, consultants, and O & M companies ranging from supervisors, superintendents, project engineers-all disciplines, senior project engineers-all disciplines, project managers, project directors, safety, QA, planning and controls, commercial/contracts/QS staff at all levels, process and design engineers-all disciplines, senior design engineers-all disciplines, design managers, divisional managers for consultants and contractors and all senior line managers up to Managing Director level, plus a range of R & D and scientific roles. This has been both overseas and here in Australia.
